Education Qualification:
- Live Stock Officer – Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture with Animal Science from a recognised University
- Junior Scientific Officer (Bio-Chemistry) – Post Graduate degree in Chemistry with specialisation in Biochemistry from a recognised University or equivalent
- Associate Bacteriologist – M. Sc Degree in Bacteriology or Bio-chemistry or Micro-biology of a recognized University or equivalent.
- Additional Law Officer – A person shall not be eligible for appointment to a duty post in Grade II, unless he/she holds a Degree in Law of a recognised University or equivalent and unless he/she has been a member of a State Judicial Service for a period of not less than thirteen years
- Assistant Directors (Grade-II) (Electrical) – Two years experience in supervisory capacity in a technical / industrial unit in production of light electrical machinery and appliances, testing/inspection of electrical engineering products or experience in Promotion of small scale industries in areas of entrepreneurship development and quality control.
- Assistant Director (Grade-II) (Electronics) – Two years experience in supervisory capacity in a technical/industrial unit in development and production of electronic components, equipments and instruments, testing / inspection of Electronics Engineering products or experience in promotion of small scale industries in area of entrepreneurship development and quality control.
- Drugs Inspectors – Degree in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Science or in Medicine with specialization in Clinical Pharmacology or Microbiology from a University established in India by law.
Salary Scale:
- Live Stock Officer – Rs. 9,300-34,800 (PB-2) + Rs. 4,600 (Grade Pay)
- Junior Scientific Officer (Bio-Chemistry) – Rs.15,600-39,100 (PB-3) + Rs. 5,400 (Grade Pay)
- Associate Bacteriologist – Rs. 9,300-34,800 (PB-2) + Rs. 4,800 (Grade Pay)
- Additional Law Officer – Rs. 37,400-67,000 (PB-4) + Rs. 8,700 (Grade Pay)
- Assistant Directors (Grade-II) (Electrical) – Rs. 9,300-34,800 (PB-2) + Rs. 4,600 (Grade Pay)
- Assistant Director (Grade-II) (Electronics) – Rs. 9,300-34,800 (PB-2) + Rs. 4,600 (Grade Pay)

Age Limits: The age should be between 30-40 years. The age relaxation will be admissible.
