(Submitted/Completed).Ph. D. (Submitted) in Physics/Electronics/ Instrumentation in solar energy applications. Masters degree in Architecture/Planning, with Bachelors degree in Architecture.
- Pay Scale: Rs.15600-39100/- GP 6600/-
- Age Limit: 18-32 Years
- Name of Post: Senior Scientist
- No of Posts: 19
- Qualification: M.E./M.Tech in Civil Engg with specialization in Structural Engineering/ Geotechnical Engineering/Building Engg & Disaster Mitigation/ Engineering of infrastructure & disaster mitigation/Building Science & Technology/ Earthquake Engineering with 3 years relevant experience or Ph.D. in any of the above areas & having B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering only.Ph. D. (Physics) with 2 years relevant experience in solar energy applications in buildings.or M.E./M.Tech. in Electronics Engineering/Instrumentation Engg / Electrical Engineering/ Mechanical Engg related to solar energy applications in buildings.
- Pay Scale: Rs.15600-39100/- GP 7600/-
- Age Limit: 18-37 Years
- Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the bases of the interview.

Duly filled application form & ‘Synopsis Form’ along with recent passport size photograph, self attested copies of all testimonials/ certificates/marks sheets in support of qualification, experience, date of birth etc. along with application fee should be sent in a sealed cover superscribed ad “Application for the post of SCIENTIST (Code No.__)” to “The Administrative Officer, Central Building Research Institute, Roorkee-247667” so as to reach on or before 15 December 2014.
