Duly filled application with duly singed along with self attested photocopies of valid HMV License & class VIII & Matric Pass mark sheets & certificates. The certificates mark sheets submitted by the employees must be attested by the personnel executives of the project area official seal & signature application has to be forwarded by the competent authority before 24 November 2014.
