Eligibility Criteria :   

• Educational Qualification : Matric or ITI or its equivalent or Higher qualification, should have participated in olympic games, world cup, world champion ships, asian games, common wealth games, common wealth champion ships, south asian federation games, USIC champion ships, should have basis medal winning performance in National Inter State Senior Athletics championship.

Nationality : Indian
Age Limit : 18 to 25 Years

Application Fee : Rs.100/- through a crossed Indian Postal Order drawn in favour of concerned persons and concerned centres.

How to Apply : Candidates may send their applications in the prescribed format along with attested copies of crossed IPO, age proof, caste certificate, qualification certificates/ mark sheets, sports qualification certificates, NOC, domicile certificate, one recent passport size photograph should be pasted on the application form, should send a copy of passport size photograph along with application form etc & other relevant documents on or before 28-10-2014 upto 17:30 Hrs & for remote areas on or before 14-11-2014 by 17:30 Hrs to the concerned address or may be dropped in Drop Box at concerned offices.
