Qualification:

Assistant Manager (Marketing) - Graduate from a recognized university & two years full time MBA/ MMS / PGDBM or equivalent in Marketing/ Agri. Business from a recognized University/ institute with minimum 60 % marks in aggregate.
Accounts Officer - The candidate should have passed final examination of CA/ CMA (ICWA).
Junior Cotton Purchaser - B.Sc (Agri.) from any recognized University with an aggregate of 50 % marks, (45 % marks in case of SC/ ST/ PH candidates). Post Qualification Experience of minimum one year of dealing in any Agriculture Commodities in reputed organization/ enterprise. (OR) Science Graduate/ Graduate in any science stream or any other science equivalent degree (where Science Background upto HSC Level is a pre-requisite) from any recognized University with an aggregate of 50 % marks (45% marks in case of SC/ ST/ PH candidates).

Experience:

Assistant Manager (Marketing) - Post qualification experience of minimum of 2 years in Marketing department of any reputed organization.
Accounts Officer - Minimum of 1 year in finance/ accounts department of any reputed organization.
Junior Cotton Purchaser - Minimum one year of dealing in any Agriculture Commodities in reputed organization/ enterprise.

Age Limit: Candidates upper age limit should not exceed 27 (Post 1), 35(Post 2, 3) Years. Age relaxations will be applicable as per the rules.

Selection Procedure: The Selection process will be made on the basis of interview & Written Test.
